Victoria Lyamina

Victoria Lyamina is a prizewinner of I prize of International Competition of Italy, is a prizewinner of 3 all-Russia competitions and a soloist of "Helicon-Opera." Moscow Musical Theatre. This soloist has a unique creative individuality as well as perfect mellow timore of broadband mezzo-soprano.

Victoria Lyamina was born in Moscow. She graduated from Russian Academy of Music named after the Gnessins, the department of Opera-singing.

Her teachers avere the National Artist of Russia, professor Zoya Dolguhanova and assistant professor Eugenia Shevelyova.

The repertory of the soloist is enormous - principal parts in the following operas "Aida" by Verdi, "Carmen" by Bizet, "Oueen of Spades' by Tchaikovsky, "Kashtchey the Immortal", "Tsar's Bride' by Rimsky-Korsakoff, "Maya." by Stravinsky, etc.

From 1996 Victoria Lyamina is a soloist of Moscow State Academical Philharmonic Society. She performs with the best orchestras of Russia - under the direction of Veronica Dudarova, Vladimir Ponkin or Alexander Vedernikov.

Tbc concert repertoire of tbc soloist includes oratorial compositions by Pergolesi, Vivaldi, Bach, Mozart, Verdi, Tchaikovsky, romances by Rakhmaninov, Schubert, Maler, Sviridov, Naples songs, songs from american musicals, and arias from operettas.

Victoria Lyamina has been singing at opera scenes of Berlin, Copenhagen, PÓris and Geneva.

At present the singer performs at the best concert halls of Moscow, on the radio, gives many performances on a tour and works together with unique and original "Guslars of Russia" State Orchestra under tbc direction of National Artist of Russia, professor Yuri Evtushenko.
